Job Description

  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish team work.
  • Creating an end-to-end test plan; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected.
  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
  • Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
  • Develop and document application test plans based on software requirements and technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, Document Management Systems (preferably in Accounts & Finance).
  • Understanding business requirements and implementation details of all systems as well as the system dependencies and interfaces between them.
  • Controlling the execution process of Testing lifecycle to make sure it goes as planned with allocated time and resources, or adapting accordingly.
  • Communicating test progress, test results, and other relevant information to team members and management.
  • Perform GAP analysis , discover weaknesses threats, low control and suggest desired optimal solution
  • Writing management/technical reports
  • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality
  • As part of project development or business application or process enhancement, assists in the development of cost-effective and practical information security systems, procedures and controls.
  • Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards and systems
  • Writing Emails /letters & archiving documents.
  • Attending corporate meetings.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role.
  • Attending corporate meetings.
  • Getting Information - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
  • Problem solving skills, Conduct organization wide needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Perform GAP analysis
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, Document Management Systems (preferably in Accounts & Finance).
  • Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to include a proven ability to write concise, complete, well organized bug reports, test cases, and status reports.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or equivalent professional experience.
